"What's this '10K Day' program all about, anyway?"
(Get ready...this one's long but VERY detailed!)

That seems to be the question on the minds of several doctors
who have been asking about it. Here I'm going to address the
basics of the program so you can gain a better understanding of
how it can benefit those doctors and practices who are involved.

A couple months ago I was visiting with Dr. Chris Port, a very
successful dentist in my hometown of Asheville, NC. I've only
known Dr. Port for about 7 years, but we've gotten to be great
friends...and he's also a Dental Insiders Alliance member as
well as a full-day coaching client.

We were both sharing our practice statistics with each other,
and I commented that I had more "10K Days" -- consisting of
at least $10,000 or more in COLLECTIONS -- in the fourth quarter
of 2008 than ever before, by a wide margin. And the first quarter
of 2009 was yielding similar results.

Dr. Port said: "You know Chris, most doctors would love to have
just ONE "10K Day"...many have never had one!" He's right. Then
he said: "You should bottle up ALL your content and deliver it
in a Coaching program for dentists who want MORE "10K Days"...
or even their first one (of many to come)."

Now, those of you who have gotten to know me realize that I love
to share my thoughts, ideas, and strategies with dentists...and
I get fired up to motivate and inspire dentists to set their bar
higher than ever before and HIT their lofty goals FAST.

Recently I had decided that I would launch a new, innovative
Coaching AND Mastermind program for dentists, because I believe
in both systems. I knew that a creative combination of the
two would be the ULTIMATE solution for the savvy dentists who are
committed to growing their practices in ANY economic climate.

After that brief portion of my conversation with Dr. Port, I decided to name my new system The "10K Day" Coaching and Mastermind Program. The primary goal: for ALL participating doctors to experience the satisfaction, economic freedom, and stress reduction that comes with having "10K Days" ROUTINELY in their practices! (NOTE: This program is limited to just 16 participating doctors. You'll see why in a few moments.)

The average daily collections numbers in private North American
dental practices range from $3000-4500, depending upon whom you
ask. To me that's NOT OK! I realize that your personal numbers
may be considerably higher (some even MORE than $10K...I'll address
that elite group in a minute). But very few have an average
daily goal of "$10K a day". Hence the name.

The purpose of The "10K Day" Coaching and Mastermind Program is
to help you set YOUR daily bar at a MINIMUM of $10K in collections,
and give you ALL the tools and guidance necessary to make days
like this a REALITY.

Now, can I promise that you'll hit a 10K Day every day? Of course
not. In fact, it would be inappropriate for me to blindly make
such claims in a message like this. HOWEVER, I CAN guarantee you
that I will give you more than enough resources in this program
to make "10K Days" a COMMON OCCURRENCE in your practice.

I hope you're seeing my point here. If you've not yet enjoyed
a "10K Day", we'll set our sights on building your FIRST one
within 30-60 days of the program's start date! Then we'll DUPLICATE
that model to REPEAT your results again and again. If you're more
accustomed to these highly profitable days, then my goal for you
is to MORE THAN DOUBLE the number of "10K Days" you experience
in your practice monthly!

Imagine what it would be worth to you to be enjoying one, two,

The STRUCTURE of The "10K Day" Coaching and Mastermind Program
is actually quite simple to explain. Here's a general overview
of the components:

Component #1: One Full Day of 1-on-1 COACHING! I will spend one
entire day with you, the doctor, and one key team member from your
practice (optional). Our day will be preceded by thorough
preparation, including detailed information gathering about your
practice. I'll even have demographic market data from your local
area! This will give us the head start we need to have your most
productive day EVER, as we map out the future growth of your
business.

Focal points of this day will be based on your own individual needs.
I will customize each Coaching Day for each participating doctor,
including modules on Business Systems, Marketing, Statistics Review,
Communications, Long-Range "Big Picture" Strategies, Team Building
& Leadership, Clinical Service Offerings, and "Buried Treasure".

This intense day will contain no meaningless "fluff". No sappy,
time wasting "mission statements" or anything like that...we won't
have time for such puffery. Instead, we'll develop your own
personal "Dental Success Blueprint", which you can literally take
home with you and IMPLEMENT with your entire team!

Component #2: THREE annual 2-Day Mastermind Meetings with the entire "10K Day" Mastermind Group! These meetings, led and facilitated personally by me, will prove to be BREAKTHROUGH EVENTS for the 16 participating doctors who are accepted into the program.

Held in beautiful Charlotte, NC at the prestigious Charlotte
Country Club (not some stale hotel meeting room), each Mastermind
Meeting will afford EVERY group member the opportunity to have
30-60 minutes of "Hot Seat" time focused purely on his/her practice.
We'll harness the collective power of the entire group to help
solve problems and initiate new strategies for growth and success.

As your group leader I will be presenting completely NEW CONTENT
to the group at each Mastermind Meeting, based on my experiences
and resources from inside and outside of the dental profession.
You'll be privy to INSIDE INFORMATION that I reserve only for
this high-level group.

Occasionally I will also bring in GUEST EXPERTS, again from either
inside or outside the dental industry. Keep in mind that most of
the BIG business breakthroughs I've experienced in my career were
developed from what I learned from NON-dental sources! These will
not be your "typical" guest speakers. All will bring UNIQUE
talents to the table, each best suited for maximum doctor benefit.
You will likely not see or hear them anywhere else.

Discounted 5-Star hotel and transportation arrangements will be

Component #3: 12 Monthly 30-Minute Coaching Calls! I will
personally conduct these calls with YOU AND YOUR TEAM, during
which we will focus on KEY ELEMENTS that make the biggest difference in your own practice. Topic selection will be based on YOUR needs and goals...this is not "cookie cutter" stuff.

Team involvement is CRITICAL to the implementation of new systems
and strategies. These Coaching Calls will help your team stay on
track, and accountable for your progress. Questions will be
answered, problems solved, roadblocks conquered. Also, successes
will be celebrated, and goals will be reset to higher levels!

Component #4: Up To 4 "Wild Card" Coaching Calls! These on-demand calls with me will be scheduled on an "as needed" basis. I included this component to address unplanned events and changes that can pop up in any business. During each 12-month membership cycle you'll have up to 4 opportunities to get me on the phone and discuss whatever issues you're facing at the moment. Great for sudden unexpected needs!

Component #5: [Optional] Additional "a la carte" Coaching Days
and 1/2 Days! I'll have a limited number of days set aside for
"10K Day" Coaching and Mastermind Members to schedule either
half-day or full-day coaching sessions with me. This feature
is for those doctors who want or need more coaching assistance.
While there are additional fees for this service (the rest are
included), some will find the additional time to have IMMENSE VALUE.

Most of these extra Coaching Days will be scheduled around existing
Mastermind Meetings and Coaching Days, for the convenience of the
Members. These will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Component #6: Live Audio Recording of YOUR Coaching and Masterminding! Ever forget important information from a meeting or coaching session? By recording the audio of each event, you'll be sure to catch everything that was said...so bring your voice recorder!

I will provide full recording of EVERY Coaching Call, so you won't
have to worry about configuring a phone in your home or office.
You'll get immediate access to each recorded call, and you can keep
your recordings of your personal coaching days and your own "Hot
Seat" sessions during the Mastermind Meetings. Obviously, any
additional recording of other doctors' confidential information
is strictly prohibited.

Component #7: A PLETHORA of Marketing Resources! I've recently
developed a full STABLE of "workhorse" marketing solutions for
dentists...and the list is still growing. These will be reserved
at significant savings (33-66% off) for Members.

Component #8: Much MORE! I'm running out of room (and time),

Its structure allows for only that many, considering the commitment

PS: Why just 16 doctors? It's actually simple to explain. First,
I have a very limited number of days I can commit to Coaching.
Second, the Mastermind Meeting format can only accommodate up
to 16 doctors during a 2-day meeting, for every doctor to get
their own "Hot Seat" time. And believe me, two days is enough!
There are so many big ideas flying around at these meetings that
any more would be overwhelming. No false scarcity here...just
a firm limit of 16 for best results.

"The Greatest Good..."

I'm BAAACK! From Destin, FL that is. Woody Oakes and
his gang put on a fantastic seminar this year, and
I was blessed with the opportunity to speak twice.
What a blast to share my ideas with a live and interested
crowd, in such a beautiful place.

[By the way, my wife and the kids had an awesome time
too. Reid and Kenan loved all the pools at our oceanfront
condo...and Olivia said her favorite part was the
"thandcathels" she built beside the ocean!]

It was great to meet dozens and dozens of dentists and
team members. And it was also flattering to have many
of them tell me how much they enjoyed my presentations. I'm
thrilled to know that I was able to help a bunch of dentists
and team members get motivated to excel and grow!

That brings me back to where I left off last week.

"Pure persistence is vastly overrated"...Plus, G.A.D. SOLD OUT!

Today's quote: "Pure persistence is vastly overrated".
More on that in a minute, but first:

Google Adwords Domination for Dentists is SOLD OUT!
Kelly has reached her maximum of 20 sharp doctors who
want to capitalize on the new leading (and growing)
method used by people searching for a dentist.

These dentists, and the 15 before them, have LOCKED OUT
their local areas from other dentists. Kelly's Adwords
services are exclusive to each area, because she can't
"compete with herself" by helping more than one doctor
per local market.

My strong suggestion, if you want the BEST Google Adwords
specialist in dentistry CERTIFIED by Google, is to keep
your eyes peeled for when Kelly opens her doors again. I
can't say exactly when , but it'll be after she gets these
doctors' Adwords accounts up to a "cruising altitude" of
new patient traffic. My best guess is 45-60 days.

"Pure persistence is vastly overrated".

The above quote, credited to marketing and business building
icon Dan Kennedy, must be read VERY carefully. The operative
word in the sentence is "Pure"...in this context meaning "alone"
or "by itself".

It would be easy to misread this and conclude that Dan's
saying that you don't need to be persistent. Ahh, quite
the contrary! Persistence is a MAJOR key to success. Not
taking "no" for an answer, pressing farther than most are
willing to press, being resourceful and finding new avenues
when most around you claim there are none, etc.

But PURE persistence cannot lead you along the path to higher
levels of success without consideration of other key principles.
Simply put:

Be sure you're barking up the right tree first!

In other words, are your business systems in order? Are you
targeting the right market with your messages, and are you sending
the correct messages that match that market's wants and needs?
When someone responds to your persistent messages, are they
being handled properly to move them through the "buying" process?

All BIG questions to handle before you rev up your persistence!

It makes little sense to JUST be persistent when there are
significant issues with bigger business practices that thwart
your results. Without proper attention paid to your entire
"business funnel", and how prospective and existing patients
are to travel through it, your dogged persistence will likely
result in little more than amplified frustration!

more comprehensive coaching or mastermind program. For a few
